These terms apply to purchases from the FAST merch shop at f-a-s-t.eu, run by FAST (First Aid Support Team), Mijndenhof 253, 1106 GK Amsterdam, Chamber of Commerce 73957186, info@f-a-s-t.eu.
Prices and payment
All prices are final — no hidden costs. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Mollie (iDEAL, card, PayPal, Bancontact).
Delivery
All items are printed on demand, especially for you — this avoids waste and unsold stock. Production takes 2–5 working days, after which your order ships. Within Europe, expect delivery within 1–2 weeks in total. If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks, email info@f-a-s-t.eu.
Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email info@f-a-s-t.eu and we’ll sort out the return together. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We’ll refund the full purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return; return shipping costs are paid by you.
Exceptions
Donation products (such as Sponsor a Day) are donations, not purchases of goods, and cannot be returned — though if you made a mistake, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Faulty items
Received something damaged or incorrect? Email us with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or full refund — including return costs. That one’s on us.
