Description
FAST provides first aid six days a week in Calais and Dunkirk. Every day, our volunteers treat injuries, provide wound care, offer Mental First Aid, distribute essential hygiene items, and refer people to the right medical services.
By sponsoring one day of first aid, you directly support our volunteers and the people they care for.
What your contribution supports
Your support helps us provide:
• wound care and infection treatment
• burn care
• hygiene items such as tissues, toothbrushes and soap
• medical referrals
• Mental First Aid and psychological support
• presence, listening, and trust-building within the community
On an average day, FAST supports more than 100 people with essential medical care.
Why it matters
People on the move live in extremely unstable conditions, with frequent police evictions, cold and wet environments, and limited access to healthcare. Your contribution ensures that trained volunteers are there — every day — providing safe, caring, non-judgemental first aid.
Impact
100% of the proceeds support FAST’s first aid work in Calais and Dunkirk.
